Product introduction
TF-PU501 is solid composite haloge✔₩n-free phosphorus-nitrogen containing≤♥ intumescent flame retardδ×ant, it acts both in the c×↓©ondensed phase and the gas phase.
Features
1. Gray powder, λ£expands when ←↓heated, efficient in&↓σnbsp;smoke suppression.
2. Excellent water resistance, not easy to precipitate, high flame retardant efficiency.
3. Halogen-free and none heavy metal ions. pH value is neutral, safe and st∞≥€<able during production and use, good c₽×≈ ompatibleness, not to react withΩ→¶ other flame retardant and auxiliaΩ¥"¥ry.
Product Usage
TF-PU501 is used solely in flamepr ↔↕oof treatment for rigid polyurethane₩ε♥ foam. UL-94 V-0 can be achieved when←$λ↕ total loading of 9% is∞★β reached, and total loading of 15% to &≠<Ωachieve classification for burning beha∞×vior of building materials and produc→≠↔©ts GB / T 8624-2012 B2 l♠π✔evel.
